About pricing
Do I pay WhatsApp separately?
Yes. Meta bills WhatsApp's own message fees directly to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account, at Meta's rates. We guide you through adding it during setup.
What does sending an offer to my customers cost?
Offers use Meta's approved message templates. Meta charges its own message fee to your WhatsApp Business account, and Vinter adds a small per-message charge from your wallet. Only customers who agreed to hear from you are messaged.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. If you do not use much, your balance just carries forward. You only top up when it runs low.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Vinter still sends one quick "we'll be right with you" reply to any new customer so nobody is met with silence. That one is on us, not billed to you. Full AI replies and offers resume the moment you top up.
Do unused credits expire?
Only after 90 days with zero activity on your account. If you are using Vinter at all, your balance never expires.
Is there a free trial?
There is no separate trial mode. You top up a small amount (₹499 minimum) and see real usage and real cost from day one, which is more honest than a trial that does not reflect what you will actually pay.
